Invitation to the General Meeting
On behalf of the Board of the Polish Pellet Council Association, we invite all members and experts cooperating for the Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Association, which will be held on October 23, 2018 at 11.00 in Poznań.

1. If you would like to propose a meeting to the AGENDA above, please submit your suggestions by e-mail.
2. In the absence of your participation, I am sending a model letter (download) for persons with the right to vote – authorization for a designated representative to vote during the General Assembly of Members of the Polish Pellet Council. I am asking you to appoint an appropriate representative who will represent you.
3. The exact address of the meeting will be forwarded at a later date.
